The Centre of Specialist Aid (Centrum Pomocy Specjalistycznej) is a modern facility of psychotherapy and psychoeducation. Our team works on the basis of Solution-Focussed Brief Therapy (SFBT). This approach emphasises solution-building, rather than analysis of the problem or pathology. Hence, it is more important to us what our clients wish to achieve than what was the source of the problem.

We seek to provide aid in, among others, the following situations:

– Depression
– Addictions
– Problems in communication with other people
– Eating disorders
– Fears
– Life crises
– Death of loved one
– Violence
– Psychiatric problems
– Professional burn-out
– Low self-esteem
– Stress
– Family problems
– Any other situations (including in marriage or related to children) you think might apply to you

Our offer is directed to all who wish to introduce changes on their lives, which would improve their position and help cope with everyday problems – whether related to personal affairs, family life, employment or interpersonal relations. Our method places particular emphasis on the needs and expectations of the clients related to the problem they bring to us.

Prices:

Individual session – PLN 150 / 50 minutes
Family session – PLN 200 / 60 minutes

Our Centre is open 7 days a week between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

The Centre of Specialist Aid operates as a project of the “Blue Line” Association.

Therapy and consulting in English is provided by psychologist Ewelina Bazyluk.

Ewelina Bazyluk on her work: “During my therapy session, my first priority is that my client feels safe and at ease and to reduce the apprehension that so often is present during the first visits to a psychologist. I try my best to enter the client’s world and I take an interest in how they perceive it. During the consultations I often ask the client what their needs and aims are, if they themselves have any ideas for solutions and what have they previously done in such situations. I try to find the best solutions with the client’s active participation. I employ solution-based therapy but I do use psychological tools typical to other therapeutic approaches”.
